The K-Zone: appeal
To appeal is to ask a more senior or court of body to review a judicial
decision made in a subordinate one. In England appeals can be made
on a number of different grounds (points of fact, points of law, etc.),
and these grounds influence the route of the appeal
(see: CourtSystemOfEngland).
