The K-Zone: executed consideration
Consideration (see: Consideration) in a contract which has been
completed. For example, if A offers B £10,000 to build A a house,
and B builds the house, his consideration is executed, that is, complete.
He can then hold A to his promise to pay (see: ExecutoryConsideration).
