The K-Zone: harrassment

The ProtectionFromHarrassmentAct1994 makes it an offence to `persue a course of action that amounts to harrassment', and to `put a person in fear of violence'. It does not, however, define harrassement, and many instances of unacceptable behaviour are amenable to prosection under these provisions.
