The K-Zone: High Court judge

Judges of the High Court -- also called `puisne' judges are officially appointed by the monarch on the recommendation of the LordChancellor (see: CourtSystemOfEngland). Barristers (see: Barrister) of 10 years' service are elligible for appointment.
