[1957] 2 QB 348 (CA). The claimant suffered an injury during agressive horseplay initiated by a fellow employee. His action against the employer for failing to provide competent co-workers (see EmployersLiability) succeeded: the employers were aware of the culprit's behaviour, and had not taken adequate steps to prevent it.
