The K-Zone: IRC v National Federation of Self-Employed and Small Businesses (1982)

[1982] AC 617 (HL). This case opened up the rules on standing to apply for JudicialReview from being limited to those directly affected by an administrative action, to public-spirited citizens in general. Although a meddlesome busybody may not have standing, anyone with an interest, even indirect, may have.
