The K-Zone: judicial separation
A judicial separation order absolves married couples from
the duty of cohabitation. Such an order may be accompanied
by a maintenance order (see: MaintenanceOrder) for
financial relief. This is different from divorce (see: Divorce),
particularly in that the individuals are not elligible to remarry.
