absolute interest
Last modified: Thu Feb 23 16:37:37 2006
A person with an absolute interest in property has an unrestricted
right to the enjoyment of that property
(see: InterestlandAndProperty). To have an absolute
interest in land is as close to outright ownership of land that
the English legal system recognizes. Technically all land `belongs'
to the Crown.
