Agreed notice
Last modified: Thu Feb 23 16:37:37 2006
Under the LRA2002 an agreed notice is used to protect an InterestInLand
which is not registerable in its own right, and which is recognized
by the owner of the RegisteredTitle. Under the LRA1925, this was just
called a `notice'. A notice does not prove that the interest claimed
is a valid one, but does protect the priority of that owner
of the interest.
