Equitable title

If you have `equitable title' to some property, whatever it is, this is a recognition that your rights over that
property will be enforced under the principles of equity. Of course, there is no longer a separate court with
equitable jurisdiction, but the distinction is important because the rights of a person who holds property
under a trust or not entirely equivalent to the owner of legal title.
