(1862) 1 H&C 90. The defendant concealed a defect in the breach of gun he sold to
the claimant. The claimant eventually found out about the defect, and sought to
recover damages in the TortOfDeceit. He failed, because he had not inspected the
gun and, as a matter of logic, could not have been deceived.
