special defence

A GeneralDefence, such as prevention of crime,
self-defence or duress, can be offered to any offence (or
at least to most offences). Some offences have particular
defences as well. Many of these apply to Murder,
which is subject to the special defences of
Provocation, SuicidePact and
DiminishedResponsibility.
