Last modified: Thu Feb 23 16:37:37 2006
The ratification of a Will. Most wills are straightforward and arouse
no disagreement. In some cases, however, the wishes of the deceased
are unclear, or are felt to be unfair, and may be challenged in
court.
The hearing of probate cases is one of the functions of the
Chancery Division of the High Court (see: CourtSystemOfEngland).
